A global corporate events agency needed to increase qualified pipeline while reinforcing brand visibility in key verticals like pharmaceuticals, franchising, and tech. Despite strong client work, their digital marketing strategy lacked the cohesion and precision to consistently convert high-intent traffic into sales-ready leads.

An Integrated Strategy Built for Scale

HIVE Strategy partnered with the internal team to execute a tightly integrated digital strategy designed to grow top-of-funnel awareness and drive more marketing-qualified and sales-qualified leads. We focused on:
  • Lead Funnel Optimization: Reassessed MQL and SQL definitions, implemented new lead scoring, and aligned marketing efforts with sales follow-up workflows.
  • SEO & Content: Prioritized high-visibility keywords such as “pharmaceutical event planning” and “franchise conference planning,” with optimized blogs and landing pages built around them.
  • Paid Campaigns: Launched LinkedIn and Google Ads targeting high-value industries and roles. Implemented bot prevention measures and ad scheduling to boost efficiency.

  • Social Media & Content Strategy: Quadrupled LinkedIn engagement and repurposed top-performing content across platforms to amplify reach and relevance.
