HubSpot Manager

A minimum of 2 years of in-depth HubSpot experience is a MUST with expertise in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub (or at least one year as a HubSpotter in a similar role).

HIVE Strategy is a fast growing inbound marketing agency and Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner looking to grow our team of HubSpot experts. We are looking to add a HubSpot Manager to our team to support in onboarding into HubSpot, HubSpot tasks, and overall HubSpot support for our clients and our agency.


  • Be apart of our HubSpot Partner Scaled Onboarding (PSO) program and manage 3-6 new clients per month alongside our three other PSO certified project managers. This includes conducting weekly trainings with clients.
  • Support HIVE (, HIVE clients, and HIVE Hub ( HubSpot tasks and initiatives
  • Handle HubSpot onboarding projects from start to finish including white-glove (done-for-you) and consultative onboardings.
  • Execute on tasks within Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Communicate best practices and guide client decisions within their HubSpot portal
  • Training clients and internal team members on how to use HubSpot
  • Come up with creative ways to accomplish client and project needs
  • Design and execute marketing, sales, and service automation plans
  • Support and own HubSpot audits
  • Support integrations with other tools through App Marketplace (custom API work is supported by our internal development team)
  • Demonstrate true understanding of inbound marketing best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with everything new coming to HubSpot

Marketing Manager

We are an inbound marketing agency and Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner. We work with clients across North America and in most industries. Our primary focus industries are Technology/SaaS, Education (including everything from coaches to charter schools to major universities), Financial, and HubSpot users.

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between the agency and our clients as well as each department within HIVE (copywriting, design, development, etc.). This person will report directly to our Director of Team + Client Success but will need to establish and maintain great relationships with assigned clients and all team members within HIVE. This person will also be expected to strategize, create, and execute client deliverables within their wheelhouse while efficiently managing their own workload. Comfort with HubSpot is required for this position.


  • Manage your own book of clients (5-10 clients in various industries) including strategy development, marketing execution, and analytics
  • Efficient and effective communication with clients and internal teams that include ongoing project communication and use of our project management tool
  • Plan, schedule, and run meetings with assigned clients as well as internal teams
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure overall satisfaction and renewals

Assist our team in crafting and deploying exceptional web projects tailored for our clients, all within the HubSpot platform. This entirely remote role requires expertise in web design and development, technical consultancy, asset generation, web development quality assurance, email template creation, and client training. In this capacity, you'll rub shoulders with seasoned professionals in development, marketing, as well as HubSpot. This full-time opportunity is exclusive to US residents, operating hours being 9am-5pm from Mon-Thu and 9am-4pm on Fri, as per your local time.


Essential Experience: Minimum of 3 years specializing in front-end web development.

HubSpot Knowledge: At least a year's worth of hands-on development within the HubSpot CMS ecosystem. Additionally, either possession of or the willingness to obtain the HubSpot CMS for Developers Certification is a must.

Technical Proficiency:
