Digital Advertising Manager

HIVE Strategy is a fast growing marketing agency actively looking to add a Digital Advertising (PPC) Manager to our team. We are a full service digital marketing agency, Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner, and Rollworks Partner. We work with clients across North America and in most industries. Our primary industries include Technology (hardware, software, security, and SaaS), Education (everything from coaches to charter schools to major universities), Healthcare, Automotive, and Consulting & Professional Services.
We’re looking for a creative, self-driven, and technically strong Pay-Per-Click Manager to build, optimize, own, and report on digital advertising across Google Ads, Google Display Network, Google Ad Grants, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Rollworks. This role will be the primary owner of all advertising campaigns for our clients including strategy, build out, optimization, and reporting. This person will report directly to our Director of Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities:

Research, build out, and execute on PPC plans for clients in a variety of industries

Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management of campaigns, spends, and performance
- Accurate and consistent budget management to ensure we don't over or under spend

Setting and management of client campaigns to deliver desired CPA and ROAS

Support in best practices and ideas for landing pages

Ad copy development and testing

Placement, testing, and troubleshooting of tracking pixels

Stay ahead of trends and new opportunities in the industry through education

Regular competitor advertising analysis

Monthly data analysis and reporting

Data storytelling and interpretation

Optimize all PPC campaigns to yield the best possible CPA

Talk with clients in a language they understand (not PPC jargon) during reporting meetings and onboarding

Keyword/topic research and reporting

Desire to learn the client's business in order to really understand their industry, market, team, and target customers
Qualifications:
-
At least two years of digital advertising experience

Current Google Ads Certification and Google Analytics Certification
- Experience using HubSpot for advertising management, audiences, and events

Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Google Display Network, Google Ad Grants, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads
- Rollworks experience a plus

Experience with a variety of PPC softwares/tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Ads 360, etc.

Salary:
- $65,000 - $75,000/year DOE
