About the Role
We’re looking for a HubSpot RevOps Admin who combines strong hands-on HubSpot execution with structured operational thinking.
This is not a purely strategic RevOps role — and it’s not just a task-based admin role either. You’ll both build and improve systems inside HubSpot while also thinking critically about how marketing, sales, and service processes connect.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their goals, translate those goals into clean HubSpot configurations, and ensure their portal runs efficiently and accurately. If you enjoy solving messy CRM problems, improving automation, and building revenue systems that actually function, this role fits.
What You’ll Do
HubSpot System Ownership
- Build and optimize workflows, pipelines, properties, lists, reports, and automation across Marketing, Sales, Service, Data, and Commerce Hubs
- Manage onboarding projects (white-glove and consultative) from kickoff through launch
- Maintain CRM hygiene, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and pipeline structure
- Ensure accurate attribution and revenue reporting inside HubSpot
- Monitor portal health and proactively resolve system issues
- Implement Supered for clients to enable adoption in both white-glove and consultative approaches
RevOps Execution & Process Support
- Translate business goals into practical HubSpot builds and process improvements
- Improve lead routing, follow-up automation, lifecycle progression, and handoffs between teams
- Support reporting for pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue tracking
- Connect marketing, sales, and service workflows so data flows cleanly between teams
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend structured solutions
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Manage 3–6 onboarding clients per month
- Support retainer clients with ongoing builds, optimization, and reporting needs
- Run implementation-focused client calls and communicate updates clearly
- Train clients and internal team members on HubSpot best practices
- Support HubSpot audits and system clean-up initiatives
Integrations & Technical Support
- Configure App Marketplace integrations
- Collaborate with internal developers for advanced API needs
- Support data imports, migrations, and system consolidation efforts
Who You Are
- Strong HubSpot builder who enjoys system design and automation
- Thinks in processes, logic, and cause/effect
- Comfortable translating business needs into CRM configuration
- Organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Clear communicator who avoids unnecessary jargon
- Proactive about identifying inefficiencies
- Enjoys creating structure and clarity inside complex systems
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub required
- Agency or consulting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Lead lifecycle management
- Pipeline stages and deal management
- Reporting dashboards and attribution
- CRM data structure and hygiene
- Comfortable running client-facing calls focused on implementation
What This Role Is Not
- Not a pure strategy consultant role
- Not a junior task executor role
- Not a CRO-level RevOps architect
This role owns execution with operational intelligence.
HubSpot Admin
We are currently hiring for this role in CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, MA, MI, MO, MS, MT, NY, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WV.
About the Role
A minimum of 5 years of in-depth HubSpot experience is a MUST with expertise in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub (expertise and experience in Content Hub and Data Hub is a big plus as well).
HIVE Strategy is a fast growing marketing agency and Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner looking to grow our team of HubSpot experts. We are looking to add a HubSpot Admin to our team to support in onboarding into HubSpot, HubSpot tasks, and overall HubSpot support for our clients and our agency.
Responsibilities:
- Get certified for Partner Scaled Onboarding (PSO) through HubSpot and manage 3-6 new clients per month alongside our other PSO certified project managers
- Support HubSpot initiatives and builds for your own clients, retainer clients, and internal projects for the agency
- Handle HubSpot onboarding projects from start to finish including white glove (done-for-you) and consultative onboardings
- Execute on tasks within Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Content Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
- Communicate best practices and guide client decisions within their HubSpot portal
- Training clients and internal team members on how to use HubSpot
- Come up with creative ways to accomplish client and project needs
- Design and execute marketing, sales, and service automation plans
- Support and own HubSpot audits
- Support integrations with other tools through App Marketplace (custom API work is supported by our internal development team)
- Stay up-to-date with everything new coming to HubSpot
- Continuously look for ways to grow your HubSpot knowledge and skills
- Proactive approach to every project and client need
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of in-depth HubSpot experience is a MUST with expertise in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub (expertise and experience in Content Hub and Data Hub is a big plus as well).
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to juggle many tasks at a time
- Ability to continue to push the envelope and find new and creative ways to get the most out of HubSpot
- Prior agency experience or former Hubspotter a HUGE plus.
- Love of solving complex problems
- A desire to become a HubSpot Certified Trainer
