We are currently hiring for this role in CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, MA, MI, MO, MS, MT, NY, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WV.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of HubSpot expert, business thinker, and marketing strategist. This isn’t a narrow “build a few workflows” role. It’s a role for someone who understands how a business actually works — from the first marketing touch all the way through sales and ongoing customer support.
You’ll take real business goals and problems (“we need better lead quality,” “sales keeps missing follow-ups,” “our reporting is a mess”) and turn them into clear, actionable plans that make sense inside HubSpot. Then you’ll build the systems, clean up the data, and make everything run smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing chaos, solving messy problems, and helping clients finally get their systems working the way they should.
What You’ll Do
- Understand the business.Talk to clients about what they’re trying to accomplish, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to change.
- Design the plan.Translate goals into simple, clear HubSpot-based solutions.
- Build the system.Create workflows, fix broken processes, clean up data, improve pipelines, build reports, and make HubSpot actually useful.
- Connect the dots.Understand how marketing, sales, and customer service should flow together — and make sure the tech and processes support that.
- Own the client relationship.Run calls, communicate updates, set expectations, and be the person they trust to tell them what to do next.
- Keep everything working.Monitor data, keep the portal healthy, prevent issues before they happen, and continuously improve the system.
Who You Are
- You know HubSpot extremely well and feel confident building and fixing complex systems. You also focus on staying at the forefront of new HubSpot tools, betas, and opportunities to enable client growth and success.
- You understand how businesses grow — from marketing to sales to customer success and don’t have a problem making recommendations to change a business’ processes
- You think in systems, processes, and cause/effect
- You can explain things clearly without jargon
- You’re comfortable leading conversations with clients
- You can sort through messy information and get to the heart of the problem
- You’re proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to fix
- You enjoy creating order, structure, and clarity
If you’ve ever solved a broken lead routing system, rebuilt a messy pipeline, or turned confusing reporting into something useful, you’ll thrive here.
Why This Role Matters
Our clients rely on us to make their revenue systems work. When we fix their operations, their entire business becomes easier. Leads get handled faster, sales become more consistent, reporting becomes reliable, and decisions get smarter.
You’ll be the one making that happen.
Role Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
- 3+ years in an agency or consulting environment
- Experience with RevOps tools (Zapier, Make, data connectors, reporting platforms)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline stages, deal velocity, and forecasting
- Ability to build and maintain accurate revenue and lifecycle reporting
- Familiarity with marketing strategy: ABM, go-to-market motions, AEO/SEO fundamentals
- Proven ability to translate business goals into systems, processes, and HubSpot builds
- Experience supporting marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Confident leading client-facing calls and presenting recommendations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple clients and shifting priorities
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts in simple, practical language
At HIVE Strategy, we’re not your typical marketing agency. We’re a tight-knit, fully remote team of experts passionate about delivering exceptional results and building long-term client partnerships. If you’re ready to play a key role in client success and join a team where your ideas matter, we’d love to hear from you.
