HubSpot Manager
A minimum of 2 years of in-depth HubSpot experience is a MUST with expertise in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub (or at least one year as a HubSpotter in a similar role).
We are currently hiring for this role in CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, MI, MS, MT, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WV.
HIVE Strategy is a fast growing inbound marketing agency and Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner looking to grow our team of HubSpot experts. We are looking to add a HubSpot Manager to our team to support in onboarding into HubSpot, HubSpot tasks, and overall HubSpot support for our clients and our agency.
Responsibilities:
- Be apart of our HubSpot Partner Scaled Onboarding (PSO) program and manage 3-6 new clients per month alongside our three other PSO certified project managers. This includes conducting weekly trainings with clients.
- Support HIVE (www.hivestrategy.com), HIVE clients, and HIVE Hub (www.gohivehub.com) HubSpot tasks and initiatives
- Handle HubSpot onboarding projects from start to finish including white-glove (done-for-you) and consultative onboardings.
- Execute on tasks within Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Communicate best practices and guide client decisions within their HubSpot portal
- Training clients and internal team members on how to use HubSpot
- Come up with creative ways to accomplish client and project needs
- Design and execute marketing, sales, and service automation plans
- Support and own HubSpot audits
- Support integrations with other tools through App Marketplace (custom API work is supported by our internal development team)
- Demonstrate true understanding of inbound marketing best practices
- Stay up-to-date with everything new coming to HubSpot
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of in-depth HubSpot experience is a MUST with expertise in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub (or at least one year as a HubSpotter in a similar role).
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to juggle many tasks at a time
- Ability to continue to push the envelope and find new and creative ways to get the most out of HubSpot
- Prior agency experience or former Hubspotter a HUGE plus.
- Love of solving complex problems
- A desire to become a HubSpot Certified Trainer
Marketing Strategist
We are currently hiring for this role in CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, MI, MS, MT, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WV.
We are an inbound marketing agency and Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner. We work with clients across North America and in most industries. Our primary focus industries are Technology/SaaS, Education (including everything from coaches to charter schools to major universities), Financial, and HubSpot users.
We’re looking for creative, self-driven Marketing Managers to bridge the gap between the agency and the client in order to create outstanding campaigns and results. This person will report directly to our Director of Client Success, but will need to have great relationships with assigned clients and all team members within HIVE. This person will also be expected to strategize, think outside the box, develop great relationships with clients, and ensure quality campaigns come to fruition.
Responsibilities:
Relationship management
- Manage book of clients (approximately 5-12 clients in various industries)
- Build rapport with client, build trust, understanding their business, priorities, and goals, deescalation of issues, solutions focused.
- Regular evaluation of services agreement and HubSpot stack for opportunities
Account Management
- Plan, schedule, and run monthly/bi-weekly meetings depending on client scope and size
- Mid-month progress updates
- Plan, schedule, and run internal campaign debrief and kickoffs
- One business day communication SLA through Teamwork
- Clear and intentional communication throughout internal team and external clients
- Work with Project Manager(s) in order to ensure projects and campaigns are moving forward and on track
Marketing strategy
- Work with Director of Marketing Operations and execution team to determine campaign strategy, assets, and timeline
- Build and present campaign briefs
- Review overarching company and marketing goals and build campaign goals and KPIs in alignment with broader goals
- Pro-active approach to campaigns to ensure we are being as strategic as possible and really embracing the strategic partner role
- Campaign wrap up and analysis
Execution
- Limited execution, but proactive approach in jumping in on certain tasks in order to hit deadlines
- Support in GrowthPlan development and strategy
Education
- Ongoing focus on marketing and HubSpot education to stay ahead of trends and changes as well as continuing to be a strong strategic partner
Qualifications:

At least one year of working experience in HubSpot is a MUST

At least one year of inbound marketing experience is strongly preferred
